Collective Worship

Collective Worship at All Saints is very much part of our daily school life. It is planned using our half-termly values and religious festivals to influence the activities, reflections and songs used in this time together. Alongside the Christian themes and festivals, we also celebrate festivals for other religions, and participate in awareness days and weeks too.

Every half-term, a group of pupils volunteer to plan and deliver Pupil Led Collective Worship. This is a highly popular event which both children and staff enjoy. The clergy from All Saints Church also lead worship at regular basis and occasionally clergy from other denominations and representatives of charities also join our worship.

As a Church of England school, our worship is an integral part of each school day. Parents do have the right to withdraw their children from Collective Worship, but are invited to discuss any concerns with our Headteacher before making a decision to do this.
